White pizza at the forno is the star attraction. Well-oiled and salted, it is pizza for those who search for the ultimate pizza crust.
Pizza at its most elemental, and satisfying
The red pizza is painted simply with tomato sauce. Quite different from the white, but almost as good.
Forno Campo de’ Fiori is a full-service bakery.
Your pizza will be wrapped in paper with the ends twisted shut. Olive oil will seep through the wrapping.
The bakery is on the southern end of the west side of the piazza.
As the day warms up, a baker steps outside for some fresh air.
